Dharma Talks / Nowhere to Go, Nothing to Do | Business Retreat

Br Pháp Lưu

Br Phap Luu talks about having mastery over our lives. Our thoughts, speech and actions are what we send out into the universe. Thinking is a kind of becoming, every thought has a tone, and is nourished by some condition. What sort of path are our thoughts taking us down on? We may be cultivating our own suffering through our expectations and ideas of how things should be. Can we let them go if that is the case? Br Phap Luu talks about creating a business that is wholesome and healthy for oneself and one’s employees in the light of the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path and the Five Powers. He gives examples of individuals who have been able to have sovereignty over their work and time, and have managed to create healthy environments for their business and family.

The final Dharma Talk from the International Business Retreat 2019 in Plum Village, given on the 7th of June, 2019.
