Sister True Dedication

Reconciling Body and Mind with Sister True Dedication (Friday, April 2nd)

The roots of tension and conflict are already there, especially when body and mind are not in harmony. Learn how to bring the mind home to the body, and discover the six mantras of Plum Village—six transformative sentences that can help restore harmony to body and mind, and give us words we can use in our most vulnerable moments.

Sister Chan Duc (Sister Annabel)

A Path of True Love with Sister Chan Duc (Saturday, April 3rd)

How can we undo the mistakes we have made or the harm we have caused others? How can we take care of the wounds that we ourselves have received, from our parents, our loved ones, our society? Learn how to breathe with, explore, meditate and speak about our wounds and discover a step-by-step guide to restoring communication.

Sister Lang Nghiem

Communication Workshop with Sister Lang Nghiem (Saturday, April 3rd)

When we learn how to listen and communicate effectively, we can build trust, overcome misunderstandings and help to shape a shared vision for our home or workplace. In this workshop we will go through practical exercises to train our capacity for deep listening, loving speech and compassion, and to see how they can be applied in our relationships everyday.

Sister Hoi Nghiem

Healing our Past, Present, and Future with Sister Hoi Nghiem (Sunday, April 4th)

Some of our ill-being comes from hurt and pain in our own life, and some has been transmitted to us by our ancestors. How can we transform our past wounds so they become a constructive rather than a destructive force? We will explore how to revisit our past with the insights of impermanence and interbeing, and gain a new perspective and understanding for healing to happen, now and in the future.

What is like to attend a Plum Village retreat at home?

What was particularly helpful is to bring the retreat spirit into my own home, making the integration into daily life easier.

Judith, The Netherlands

I was delighted to feel that retreat feeling in my house, sitting, listening, breathing with others. It showed me that when you get a sangha together, even online, the Plum Village peacemaking magic still happens

Joe Holtaway, United Kingdom

The energy of Plum Village infused my whole home, the loneliness of quarantine dissolved, and I finished the three days feeling nourished, refreshed and inspired.
